Customer Service/Administrative Assistant


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service/Administrative Assistant

  • Internal communication and tracking of customer service issues, including follow up
  • Communicating with customers and employees of the Vitals Healthcare Division through use of the company s email system
  • Processing recordkeeping and payment reimbursement requests for Vitals Division equipment installations.
  • Accurate maintenance of the division s client database; keeping name, address and contact information updated.
  • Communicating verbally with customers, coworkers and Division contacts through use of the company s client telecommunications system (Five9)
  • Miscellaneous administrative support tasks as needed



  • High school diploma required
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to quality service through appropriate follow through, urgency and persistence.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fast paced, while maintaining accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and grow

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
