The Role
This position will report to the VP, HR Technology and Service Delivery and be responsible for supporting routine and non\-routine assignments for the HR Technology Team independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines\. S/he provides routine and non\-routine administrative support and ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services for his/her assigned area of responsibility\.
Responsibilities
+ Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area\(s\) of responsibility\.
+ Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards\.
+ Works overtime as needed\.
+ Delivers routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately\.
+ Makes routine and non\-routine decisions, applying limited but increasingly more discretion within role except for matters of significance which affect the business as a whole or a significant part of it, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines\.
+ Applies expanded knowledge obtained from the role in increasingly more complex situations and continues to acquire more knowledge to apply in role\.
+ Provides a diverse range of information and performs a diverse range of tasks/transactions related to common programs and services\.
+ Administers more complex business office activities including journal entries, compiling and tracking data, and preparing reports\.
+ Provides responses to a diverse range of service requests and escalates more complex issues or concerns to management or appropriate internal stakeholders\.
+ Organizes and maintains assigned departmental correspondence and records, following up on pending matters as needed\.
+ Plans and coordinates special events as needed\.
+ Processes invoices for prompt payment as needed\.
+ Researches and resolves issues on charge\-backs\.
+ Orders supplies and coordinates routine maintenance and repairs to office equipment as needed\.
+ Coordinates conference room and/or meeting arrangements\.
+ Provides specific information to questions/concerns from internal/external stakeholders \(e\.g\. employees, contractors, vendors\) by applying expanded knowledge\.
+ Recognizes increasingly complex issues/concerns for assigned area\(s\) of responsibility and suggests process improvements\.
Education
+ 2 \- 3 Years of clerical and/or administrative support experience that aligns with the responsibilities for this position \(Required\)
+ High School or GED \(Minimum Required\)
Experience
+ Proficiency with different technologies including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite \(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint\), Success Factors, Concur
+ Demonstrated solid relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients \(e\.g\. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc\.\)\.
+ Previous experience supporting Human Resources and/or technology teams preferred\.
+ Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi\-task while maintaining strict attention to detail\.
+ Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information\.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
