Administrator/Customer Support

Responsibilities:

  • Main roll will be to back up the Supervisor doing referrals email.
  • Will be in charge of checking on Authorization for IA in the portals.
  • Will be in charge of renewal authorizations that come in for all states.
  • Address/Phone number updates and communicating with case managers/billing of updates made to the clients account.
  • Overall Data and General Service Support/team player help out when needed.
  • Taken phone calls on Five9
  • Following up with Case Managers on issues

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Proficient use of PC software applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to quality service through appropriate follow through, urgency and persistence.
  • Team player and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and demonstrate good attention to detail
  • Desire to learn, grow and have fun while delivering high quality work
  • Must be a detail-oriented quick learner


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
