Customer Service

Broomall, PA- Well established, family owned oil and heating company has a direct hire opening for a Customer Service Dispatcher

Hours= Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Salary= $16-18/hour



  • Answering up to 75 inbound calls per day from customers

  • Dispatching technicians throughout the Philadelphia area

  • Following up with technicians to ensure job completion

  • Manage logistics of technicians, geographic location of customers, and weather for each route

  • Utilize various reports

  • Invoicing customers once job is completed

  • Other administrative functions as needed to support the office

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM



  • Dispatching/Customer Service experience

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Experience with dispatching software

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Well versed in prioritizing tasks


High School





  • 2 year's experience Customer Service/Dispatching experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel

  • Ability to work well with others

  • Ability to handle a fast paced environment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
