Job Summary
Performs routine delegated clinical patient care supportive duties in the health system medical practice. Assists medical and/or nursing staff in the examination and treatment of patients and ensures efficient office operations. Must be willing to rotate if needed to other Care Network sites within the designated cluster.
Job Responsibilities
Greet patients, answer telephones, and provides customer service to the patients. Provides administrative support; Updates and files patient medical records, schedules appointments, arranges for laboratory services, and performs other administrative duties as directed.
Records vital signs and pain screens. Notifies the registered nurse or physician when vital signs or pain screen are out of range. Identify patients in distress and notify appropriate care team.
?Prepares patients for exams and procedures effectively. Explains basic treatment procedures to patients according to policy. Assists physician during examination and procedures. Collects and prepares laboratory specimens and phlebotomy according to health system standards. Perform basic laboratory tests on the premises within POCT standards, maintains refrigerator and QC logs.
Prepares, administers and documents medications and immunizations as ordered by provider
Performs other clinical functions as delegated and supervised by the physician consistent with the CMAs education, training, scope of practice and experience and within state medical practice.

CPR (90 days)
CMA, RMA, NCMA, or CCMA
Required Education and Experience
Required Education: High School/GED. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Preferred Education, Experience & Cert/Lic
Preferred Experience: One year of healthcare-related work experience.
Additional Technical Requirements
Knowledge of exam, diagnostic and treatment room procedures.
Ability to maintain quality control standards
Ability to read, understand and respond to detailed oral and written instructions.
Ability to react and communicate clearly, calmly and effectively.
Working knowledge of sterile techniques and special procedures that are applicable to work performed.
Working knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering routine and special treatments to patients.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for collecting Citrix System's overdue receivables. The daily activities include contacting customers, sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts and referring accounts for bad debt write off. This individual will identify root causes of Key Account collections issues, as well as provide suggestions to resolve said issues in an effort to improve the company's account collections procedures and to prevent future account collections issues.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
Provide information and customer service to Citrix customers regarding account and payment
information.
Complete ownership of specific assigned accounts including the internal & external relationship as well as each individual transaction posted on the accounts (including debits, credits, adjustments, etc.)
Assist with the reconciliation and review billing matters
Responsible to manage a portfolio of specific accounts.
Reviews orders on credit hold and release from open" items list.
Updates spreadsheets monitoring customer volume and cash discounts.
Daily aging review.
Handles all customer correspondence.
Responsible for resolving disputes relating to returns, short shipments and discount paybacks.
Red flags accounts needing credit appraisal and begins the process by obtaining necessary
financial information that is then submitted to the Credit Manager.
Works closely with Marketing to ensure credit are being issued.
Cash discount reconciliations.
Issues credits and debits.
Reviews and issues rebate and promotional credits.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
Ability to adhere to a disciplined work schedule, follow directions from supervisor and understand and follow work rules and procedures
Process and detail oriented; consistent accuracy and task completion
SAP experience preferred, but not required
Salesforce experience preferred, but not required
Some knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft applications, with beginning skills in Excel
and Outlook.

Associate's degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting or Finance
2-4 year's experience in a fast paced finance/collection environment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
