The Role
The Specialist, Talent Program Management will be responsible for supporting recruiting mobility initiatives and the enterprise talent agenda in support of the Talent Management Department leaders\. S/he will be a key enabler to improving the effectiveness of the Talent Management organization by proactively coordinating/prioritizing activity, ensuring topics of importance are communicated in an organized and efficient manner, coordinating projects and proactively identifying other areas in which s/he can provide further assistance\.
Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
+ Effectively manages the portfolio of Talent Management projects to ensure that they are running on track and at budget, escalating issues appropriately
+ Recruiting Mobility Support
+ Actively participate in the Talent Mobility initiatives to include: documentation of overall program offerings including process maps, reporting and tracking of activity and results, direct support to actively impacted employees and recruiters where appropriate
+ Leverage expertise in Recruiting/ Talent Operations to enhance the overall offerings of talent portfolio, including methodologies to support sourcing and assessing talent for the enterprise, as well as the overall candidate/employee experience
Continuous Improvement
+ Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area\(s\) of responsibility
+ Identifies and communicates to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality for his/her assigned area\(s\) of responsibility
+ Presentation/Website Design and Execution
+ Partner with the VP, Head of Recruiting, AVP Mobility, and AVP, Talent Operations to capture strategies and messaging in innovative PowerPoint presentations\.
+ Assist with ongoing design enhancements and general maintenance our careers site, as well as creative and proactive thinking for social media efforts and initiatives to enhance our brand and overall talent pipeline
Research
+ Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area\(s\) or responsibility, assess the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions
+ Work Support
+ Work behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes, and deal with issues before they escalate up to the Talent Leaders including delegating work to other appropriate parties, drafting communications for her review, and personally executing tasks
+ Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of his/her assigned area\(s\) of responsibility
Requirements
Education
+ 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Experience
+ 1\-3\+ years of Human Resources and/or Talent Management initiatives experience
+ Demonstrated success participating in cross\-functional projects
+ Experience managing multiple projects and work requirements simultaneously and reprioritizing as required
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite \(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook\)
+ Energetic, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative and work in a fast\-paced environment
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong relationship management skills with peers, colleagues, and management
+ Highly resourceful team\-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
