Job Details: Performs a variety of duties to provide quality nursing care to residents. Coordinates total nursing care for residents. Collaborates and works with the DON and Administrator to establish goals, develops and implements procedures and ensures the smooth, efficient and safe delivery of care and services to residents. Ensures compliance with all operating policies and procedures, the Department of Health, the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare and other regulatory requirements. Ensures ongoing communication with supervisors, provides daily reports and other periodic reports. Performs all the duties of CNA''s when required, supervises licensed staff, CNA''s and nursing ancillary staff.
Basic Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of one year''s experience in related licensed nursing positions. Prior supervisory or charge experience preferred.
Education/Training: Graduate of an approved school of nursing; current Pennsylvania license to practice as a licensed practical nurse or a registered nurse.
Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; knowledge of drug interactions, side effects, and incompatibilities; decision-making skill; proficient assessment skills; minimal typing skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
