Summary The ideal candidate would under minimal supervision, sets up and operates manually controlled machines in skilled precision and bench work in the fabrication, maintenance, repair and alteration of machinery, machine parts, tools and equipment.
Primary Responsibilities Operates machinery to meet production goals.
Assembles materials and equipment as requested.
Conducts inspections and quality control of products.
Communicate effectively with team members on daily goals set by manager.
Able to troubleshoot machinery.
Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
o A mechanical aptitude and an ability to work multiple projects in a rapid paced R&D environment.
Requirements HS Diploma/GED required.
Mechanical Aptitude.
Prior experience in production setting preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
Physically able to lift, carry and move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Ability to stand for long hours at a time.
Ability to lift, bend, kneel and squat.
Maintain work areas and equipment.
