Responsibilities:
Process orders from customers or outside sales representatives Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and product information Build sustainable customer relationships of trust through interactive communication Handle customer inquiries and follow up with internal and external personnel Respond to pricing requests in a timely manner Place orders for products being shipped directly to customers Monitor orders and troubleshoot issues with inventory, fulfillment, or logistics Maintain customer contact information in CRM software Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate Requirements:
High school degree or higher.
Five years of customer service or inside sales experience.
Work experience in a manufacturing or distributor environment is a plus.
Professional telephone etiquette, calm demeanor, good oral and written communication skills, ability to develop and maintain strong customer working relationships.
Enjoy working with customers and responding promptly to their needs.
Organized self-starter with proven ability to coordinate and effectively follow up on multiple projects and assignments.
Strong analytic ability with the aptitude to identify trends and inconsistencies.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
