North America RDI Commercial Growth Leader

Job Description North America RDI Practice Leader Responsible for the sales and revenue growth of the RDI Practice in North America and the management of relationships with all clients; developing and building a sales culture to drive integrated product sales and sharing best practices for sales and marketing Lead the transformation of the commercial business within RDI in tandem with the Practice Leader, creating a high performing, efficient sales and servicing organization with a growth mindset.
Oversee all activities to grow and maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline that will attract new clients who operate across both domestic and international regions.
Consistently train and develop Business Developers and other client-facing sales teams to apply a consultative selling approach that aids in enhanced discovery of specific solutions that may be achieved through utilization of our global product and service offering.
Foster a collaborative environment to maintain excellent partnerships with the WTW Client Management Group and Work & Rewards advisory colleagues, particularly in our Work & Rewards line of business.
Oversee Business Development, Client Success and Client Care teams to expand awareness of RDI capabilities in their assigned territories and client groups to stimulate additional sales and integrated selling opportunities.
Understand target market (including unique industry needs) to determine which strategies & intellectual capital can be used to attract new clients and foster revenue growth utilizing this strategy.
Lead or participate in meetings with prospects and clients, virtually and in-person when needed.
Initiate and support various Global Data Agreement marketing campaigns as needed.
Raise awareness and increase sales of our Analytics & Design feature set within Compensation Software.
Raise awareness and increase sales of our Custom Data Analytics capabilities.
Deliver monthly progress report to the Global RDI leadership team.
Act as an Account Manager for a high level, challenging and more sophisticated client, responsible for client satisfaction, retention of recurring revenue, and upselling opportunities for data & software Objective setting:
Member of RDI North America Leadership Team.
Work with the RDI North America leadership to set and achieve sales and growth objectives Sales and growth plan development:
Develops annual business sales and growth plans that identify objectives and priorities for the short to medium term, including target clients/ industries Sales Leadership:
Instills a sales discipline culture and ensure a consistent go-to market strategy.
Provide visible leadership of sales and marketing campaigns within and outside the practice (for cross-practice initiatives) to generate momentum and focus.
Subject matter expertise, technical expertise:
Be a resource for any complex or out-of-the-box client situations.
Continually look for opportunities and areas of the business where practical and creative solutions will help to improve productivity and drive growth.

Work with other RDI regional business development and growth leaders and North America W&R LOB practice leaders to leverage client relationships and drive growth Build community:

Engage, partner and regularly solicit feedback from key clients to ensure quality of deliverables, client satisfaction of our products, service levels and sought areas for improvements in the development of new products.

Provide input into strategic staffing plans for the Practice, including input into people processes (e.
g.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
