Department Overview The Customer Support team at Aria is responsible for providing Production customers with day to day operational support related to their current implementation. The Customer Support team also works with internal customers to provide technical support and operational recommendations related to Aria features and functions. Position Summary The Report Writer works closely with both internal and external requestors to analyze, estimate, design and deliver custom reports. The individual works with data in a Structured Query Language or SQL database to produce customized output. Your job duties as an SQL report writer include developing reports based on customer requirements, programming SQL queries to pull data, and working with customers to define reporting needs. Responsibilities Design reporting solutions in accordance with client business needs and company standards. Create all reports in a timely and efficient manner, communicating updates to all parties involved on a frequent basis. Maintain reports by making adjustments to queries, field definitions, grouping, ordering, etc. where applicable. Ensure database optimization by creating reports with efficiency as an important benchmark. Performs ad hoc analysis and extracts for various operating departments. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, database administration, or a related field At least 3 years of relevant work experience Highly skilled in SQL including but not limited to joins, pivots, aggregates, analytical functions, etc. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to manage and prioritize customer priorities across Aria teams. Experience working with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration software. Experience working with ticket tracking applications and related support tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Jira, etc. Experience working with configuration management tools such as BitBucket Preferred Qualifications Shares our passion for delivering results and creating a great customer experience. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
