Department Overview The Professional Services team is responsible for implementing Aria's solutions for our largest customers. The Professional Services' team commission is to ensure successful implementation that maximize and sustain Aria adoption and return on Investment (ROI) for our customers, leading to higher satisfaction, renewal and referenceability. Position Summary The Professional Services Director owns the responsibility of customer success with respect to project and program delivery for large, enterprise accounts. PS Directors will be responsible for:
Overall project and program health Oversight of program delivery strategy, communications protocol, executive steering committee participation, financial tracking, and cost and risk containment Reporting to the PS Vice President, the PS Director will have the opportunity to positively impact the overall profitability of the team as well as the overall customer satisfaction. PS Directors will have PS Managers as direct reports and will be responsible for mentoring and oversight of those manager's engagements, as well as managing some client engagements directly. Responsibilities Own a portfolio of enterprise programs for the purpose of delivering customer success measured by how profitable the engagement is and how satisfied the customer is with the solution. Report to the organization on the financial health of the programs and validate that technical and methodology Best Practices are followed by all project team(s) involved Regularly provide accurate and predictable financial controls data (revenue, margin, utilization, forecasts) to PS Leadership Drive new business with existing customers through license upsell/cross-sell opportunities and Services SOWs Pursue and close a Financial target (individual and group) for Services bookings and Services revenue Actively participate in the Pre-Sales process value messaging Professional Services and Aria Systems overall Develop and facilitate clear professional development paths for all direct reports to establish skills and position for advancement. Responsibility for P&L of the regional practice and profitable growth based on annual objectives. Qualifications Required:
At least 5 years incremental experience as a team leader and manager of successful implementation teams, ideally of SaaS/Cloud solutions Proven track record in large program management at Fortune 1000 companies Proven track record of services sales with $3M
in annual sales. Ability to act as a partner/ trusted advisor for CIOs and Finance organizations Strong program management and general management capabilities Understanding of efficient business processes (recurring revenue, billing) Strong communication skills with experience developing and managing customer relationships Experience working with global and local SI's in joint project responsibility High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customer and our company succeed Ability to outline management objectives, in line with the overall department objectives, and hold managers and team members accountable Desired:
Experience selling Professional Services work related to software implementations Understand and address the underlying needs and values that enable motivation and inspiration Create and foster strategic relationships with key players both inside and outside the organization Be firm and decisive, willing to make unpopular decisions when necessary Guide and support others in their development and share knowledge to help inform their choices Engage others in outcome-focused conversations to improve their performance Consulting/ Advisory experience with a global SI or software company preferred.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
